Dessi supports Penn Libraries as well as other departments and centers. She plays a pivotal role in the hiring and onboarding processes, ensuring seamless transitions for new employees. Additionally, Dessi adeptly manages employee issues and serves as partner and point of contact for inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures. Her commitment to fostering a supportive and efficient work environment and being a resource for staff underscores her dedication to the Penn community. 

Dessi holds a Master of Science degree in Psychology.
