Established in December 2022 by Merrie S. Frankel, and named in honor of Penn family members Merrie, C76; Alan, C67, D70; Joel, C02, D06, GD10; and Sunne, NU07, GNU14, GRN20; The MAJS Frankel Family Fund supports the acquisition of scholarly materials in all formats that advance research pertaining to the study of real estate and financial technology. This includes, but is not limited to, materials about artificial intelligence, blockchain and property technologies (aka PropTech), and more.
