Access to the College Green area of campus will be restricted until further notice. Current students, faculty and staff with a valid Penn card may enter and exit Van Pelt-Dietrich Library Center through the Rosengarten Undergraduate Study Center on the ground floor, and may enter and exit the Fisher Fine Arts Library through the 34th Street entrance to Meyerson Hall

As a Library Specialist at the Library Research Annex (LIBRA), Kelsey intakes material, carries out copy cataloging, and performs record cleanup for materials from all of the Penn Libraries. Her recent projects have included ongoing maintenance of the Penn First Plus GIC Collection housed at LIBRA, ingestion of material from the Morris Arboretum Library, and the intake of serials and monographs from the large-scale stacks reset project at the Van Pelt-Dietrich Library Center.

Kelsey has worked at the University of Pennsylvania and Penn Libraries for over a decade, holding various positions in rare book digitization, public and technical services in several departmental libraries, and as an administrative assistant for longtime library director Carton Rogers. She has extensive experience working with general collections, as well as archives, rare books, and museum collections. She also has a working knowledge of several ancient and modern languages.

She is currently pursuing her M.I. at Rutgers University, focusing on Library and Information Science, and has a B.A. in Ancient Studies and Art History from Mount Holyoke College. In addition, she has studied classical and modern languages at the University of Pennsylvania and Yale.
