Access to the College Green area of campus will be restricted until further notice. Current students, faculty and staff with a valid Penn card may enter and exit Van Pelt-Dietrich Library Center through the Rosengarten Undergraduate Study Center on the ground floor, and may enter and exit the Fisher Fine Arts Library through the 34th Street entrance to Meyerson Hall

Katie leads the library at the Annenberg School of Communication. She provides research support for the field of Communication to students, faculty, and the wider community. She offers one-on-one and group research instruction and works to make the Annenberg Library a welcoming space for individual and collaborative learning. 

Before coming to the Annenberg School, she was Director of Learning Innovation at Penn Libraries. Previously, she had been Managing Editor of Southern Spaces, Humanities Librarian for English at Emory University, and the Coordinator for Digital Research at the University of Pennsylvania Libraries.

Katie has a PhD from the Graduate Institute of Liberal Arts at Emory University. She researches and teaches on academic collaboration, data curation in the humanities, computational text analysis, and food history and culture.
